Always a good breakfast and even better latte at brownstones . Seasonal lattes or just a regular , delicious. Usually go with eggs Ben or French toast bites. Can't go wrong , all look and taste great.

Great food and service! We went to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. Everyone had a great time! Definitely going to back for brunch!

First time here, place was nice & quaint! Was in the mood for breakfast and they didn't disappoint. Ordered the Start Your day - scrambled eggs well done with American cheese & bacon & wheat toast. And a grinch mimosa. He got the same with French toast bites. I usually don't like seasoned potatoes but these were very good. Not too much peppers. The grinch mimosa was the star of the show for me. Would definitely recommend this place.

While visiting family over Thanksgiving, we decided to try Brownstone's as a change of pace from our usual weekend diner for breakfast. It is a nice place with a warm ambiance focusing on Brooklyn decals. There were adornments honoring Beookyn's past, in a cozy atmosphere. It did not take long to get a table of 4, even though it was the Saturday breakfast rush. The service was great and we were greeted by our friendly waitress. The prices are moderate and you receive a generous portion of food. I enjoyed my steak and eggs, cooked medium as order, tender and juicy. The potatoes were spicy, but not overly done and adorned with just the right amount of peppers and onions without overwhelming them. My sister enjoyed her breakfast quesadilla filled with eggs, vegetables and a large portion of avocado. Though the restaurant began to fill, we weren't rushed and enjoyed our time there thoroughly. We would definitely look forward to coming back again and adding Brownstone's to a list of places to have a great meal in Amityville!

I'm not sure how to describe how I felt stepping in but it did take me someplace new. The atmosphere overall was very welcoming. The staff were on point from what I can see from table to table.

Came here for breakfast with my boyfriend and it was a good time. Our server was great. I really did like the inside of the place it had an interesting balcony there's so much to look at. Now to start I got a mimosa flight although it was good to try it was also just basic not a buzz in sight. My boyfriend got a cappuccino which he enjoys always. I got a veggie omelette with home fries and I really wanted to try the strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast it was good, tasted a lot like a croissant. He got an omelette also with a few different meats and French fries. Bringing the kids next time can't wait.

Came in after this place has been recommended by several friends and family and it did not disappoint. We visited on a Monday around 9:30 am and didn't have an issue getting seating. But by the time we left (around 10:30) the place was starting to fill up. I can imagine on the weekends it gets fairly crowded. Parking was also limited. While we were conflicted on what to order (everything looked so good) we ultimately ordered the start your day, chicken and waffles and a side of the french toast bites. Everything was great, the stand out being the french toast bites. Service was fast and attentive throughout the meal.

Seated right away at 7:45am on a Saturday, but I have been here during busier times and I would highly suggest joining the waitlist ahead of time. Had a caramel macchiato with my meal--good, standard, nothing to phone home about. Chicken and Waffles: Chicken was good, flavorful, juicy, delicious. The waffle wasn't my favorite, just okay. The hot honey and honey butter helped it. Brownstone Row BLT: I get this almost every time (except this time obviously) and it never disappoints. The chipotle mayo isn't spicy but it adds an extra something something to the sandwich. Avocado is a plus as well. Again, came here at around 7:45am on a Saturday and we were probably the third or fourth group there. We usually get the sweetest waitresses and service, even when it's busy, but the service this time was a little eh (for lack of better words). I understand it was probably just early in the morning and an off day, but "you know what you want?" took me aback based on the service we usually get here.
